In-School Leadership
- developed and coordinate lunch and learns for teachers to lead mini-professional development sessions for other teachers; in the 2016 - 2017 year had 30 sessions with 44% of teachers leading at least one session, 86% attending at least one session, and a group of students leading a session
- a member of the Teacher Professional Growth Plan Task Force, which redesigned and will implement a whole-school growth plan around an inquiry-based process
- A member of the Reporting and Student-parent-teacher Focus Group, which is designing and implementing live reporting, revising the report card process, and developing and leading changes to student-parent-teacher meetings
- a member of the Co-Curricular Focus Group, which revised practices around student and teacher co-curricular involvement and student leadership in co-curriculars
- in June, 2017 will be on a task force to create and implement a holistic, authentic, in-school assessment as part of the Senior School’s admission process
